- Cancellation After Commencement:
- If you wish to cancel the service after we have commenced work, you will be billed for the portion of the work completed up to the date of cancellation. Monthly Digital Presence Management Plan
- Cancellation Policy:

- Full Month Service: No refunds will be issued for the Monthly Digital Presence Management Plan once the service period has started and work has commenced.
- Pro-Rated Refund: If you have paid for multiple months in advance and wish to cancel, a pro-rated refund will be provided for the remaining full months after the current billing cycle. No refunds will be issued for the current month’s service.
Refund Processing
- Refunds will be processed within 15 business days from the date of approval of the refund request.
- Refunds will be issued through the original payment method. If the original payment method is not available, an alternative method will be arranged.
